Change the Time Zone in Outlook
Sometime the user faces the difficulty with the time shown in the sent and received emails. Working in a global environment requires adapting to different time zones thus the default time zone setup at office 365 could be the wrong for you. The demonstration will make clear on how you can change the time zone and how it will work.
Let’s try sending the test email
The email sent at 10:12 AM but the time is shown as 9:28 PM.
Open Outlook settings > View all Outlook Settings
Change the Time Zone clicking on General > language and time > Change
Search the Time Zone and click on save
Now you will be able to see the actual time on the sent item.
You can also change the Time Zone directly from the account manager. On the top right corner of the page click on account manager and click on view account.
