1.Click on New service request and type the issue, It will show up the possible solution.

2.You can also contact directly with the Microsoft support representative by clicking on the contact support. Once you click on contact support it will ask for the details like phone number emails etc. You are also required to provide the issue description with the screen shots. The support representative of Microsoft will look on to the issues and then give a call back to you with a prior information on the email.
